Cancellation and refund policy

18% GST will be deducted for the total registration fees and which will not be reimbursed.

Up to 30 June 2026, excluding GST, 75% of the registration amount will be returned.

Up to 31 July 2026, excluding GST, 50% of the registration amount will be returned.

After 1st August 2026 cancellation will not be entertained.

Please note that GST is non-refundable.

Refund will be solely at the discretion of the organiser.
